GSP pages already had Inter forced onto <body> (openboxes.css:1239), but a
handful of legacy rules set type with the `font:` shorthand, and a shorthand
resets font-family along with everything else. So Inter never reached the
content: table cells rendered at 11px Lucida Grande, form controls at 12.87px
Arial (from the YUI reset, never overridden) and .button at 11px sans-serif.

Add a typography block at the end of openboxes.css using `font: inherit` to
hand those selectors back to the body, restoring th's weight since `inherit`
takes the body's 400 too. The block is last in the file so it lands after
reset-fonts-grids.css, which custom.gsp links earlier; equal specificity plus
later position is enough, so no !important is needed.

Keep the base at 13px rather than matching React's 16px, to limit the density
cost: table rows grow ~21% (32.3px to 39.1px average) because 11px type on a
12px line-height was much tighter than the rest of the app.

Also request the Inter weights the CSS actually uses. The Google Fonts v1 URL
had no weight axis and returned only weight 400, so every 500/600/700 on a GSP
page was drawn with synthetic bold.
